Why the advertise use those words?In my opinion the meaning of those words  give a message that if you have a hair problem and use sunsilk shampoo about 7 days it will return your beauty hair and it will looks be strong,smooth, and shiny(Hair solution). And you can prove it as a "Tantangan"(challenge) with use the shampoo about 7 days and you can see the result, so why the product uses word "Tantangan 7 Hari"...although it doesn't show 100 % will return your beauty hair such as usually we see on TV but it will help your hair looks beauty than before.
